I don't really understand your question.  Their business is basically apartments.com, but they have an additional feature that you can pay your rent through them. They currently have a deal with android pay that they won't charge you the 3.2% for credit card payments for rent through the end of the year.  If they started sending checks for you to pay for other services, they probably would not be able to get the same deal.

Who did you call when you told them you wanted to rent your building? Just call them and ask them where you can send a check for rent.  Also, it looks like they want an email for them as well so they can "tell them you are paying through radpad."

The "them" is gonna be the problem.  They're really dumb and I now avoid communicating with them as much as possible.  But I'll see what I can do.  At least it'll make for a post on here after I calm down with a sig male genitals.

no, and you haven't been able to for a couple years unfortunately. BUT, they are merging with Marriott so you could get a Marriott card from Chase. I got one with 100k earlier and I think there's still an 80k out there.
