Ugh, that's a pretty weak 5 in 24.  Guess it depends on when one of those falls out of the 24-month window and/or if your wife can get something and add you as far as whether you should give up on chase for life.  I slowed down just enough to make sure I could have csp and ink and maybe get another hyatt and then I'm done with them and doing alaska over and over.

The bonus thing sounds like how thank you gives you redemption of 1.6 dollars per point if you book through their thankyou.com site and have the citi prestige card vs 1.3 normally through their site.... Either that or you get 50% of your points back but that seems too good to be true.

No lounge access sucks but given the$ 300 credit it isn't that expensive of a card so may still be worth it.

My Surpass doesn't recognize the supermarket I like going to as a supermarket, and my fee's hitting this month.  I think I'm gonna cancel it and get a no-fee HHonors AMEX to get another 50K and have at least one AMEX to get free shoprunner and whatever else an AMEX gets one.  I'll have 4 cards falling out of 5/24 in summer 2017 so I've got some wiggle room to get stuff like that and still be able to get that sapphire reserve or any other chase I might need at that time.

I do, it's well worth it. I'd get global entry if I had time to burn at O'Haire sometime and use the credit but would probably rarely use it with my current child having situation anyway.

Used global entry for first time this winter.... Its awesome except you end up waiting for your bags anyways and most people caught up with me.... But then breezed though customs while they waited in that line.

whichever is easier to get. you can only get nexus at places by the canadian border. global entry and nexus are the same thing except nexus also helps if you drive across the canadian border. global entry you can get at a lot of major airports in the USA.

and the premier credit cards (Plat Amex, Prestige, the new Sapphire) provide a credit for global entry but not nexus as far as I know
