Churning credit cards is my new favorite hobby. Since I first chimed in here I've done 3 cards.

-Citi AAdvantage card - 50K bonus
-CSP - 40K bonus
-Just approved yesterday for the Chase Ink with NEW 60K BONUS

(approved the day after I applied without having to call the reconsideration line)

So, after I hit the spend on the ink. What's my next step here????

Freedom so you don't get shut out (assuming they don't shut you out already because they're being dickholes) then maybe a SPG, BA, SW x2, really whatever. You've got a lot of options.

Are regular rooms available? If they are, call them. It's what I had to do with Cancun.

Yes, if I try to go book it with points, the room shows up.

Also, need to book a 3rd night with points...but I don't have enough Hyatt points so I need to transfer some UR points (which Gooch claims will take a while). Can I book with a credit card and change the payment to points later?

So I should call to get them to schedule my 2 free nights, then once that is done go transfer UR to Hyatt points then book the 3rd night with points...?

fine call now and book the 2 free nights. once that is booked, transfer the points. once they show up (~5 mins later), call to modify your reservation to add the 3rd night with points

I believe the same thing happened to me. I remember reserving this one over the phone, too.

This is what I did, and it was so easy. Thanks, mocat. (The guy said that he thought that the problem might have been that online it makes you book your reward nights one at a time.)
