hey, so, mocat, i guess i'm just starting from scratch for 2016 delta status? i thought i would keep the MQM's and MQD's i earned after achieving silver for '15 (didn't make it to gold) but that doesn't appear to be the case.

gE... Thanks for this thread. We're on track for free flights this summer with just normal household spending. The business Chase AA came in the mail this week and AA points hit from first card.

What should I churn after Chase AA? I've already done a Hilton Honors Chase.

Either way, doesn't matter. You are a good time of year to get companion pass if you get a couple SW 50k cards, any UR card (CSP, Inks, Freedom combined with either of the first two but not by itself), USAir Barclay card would be a good idea because it's going away soon, has no spend requirement, and those points combine with your AA soon.

Thanks. I've been getting SW offers like crazy since I started churning in September but I haven't applied. Focus has been on AA miles.

if you get it, you should use my referral (if it's still valid, which it might not be). but you shouldn't get it. just double down on citi cards. i'm sure there are more you haven't maxed out on.

i just want to reiterate, this is awesome. i mean you could already do some cool things with multi-stop itineraries, but now you can have flexible dates when you are finding your flights (efficiency thread!).

I have like 100,000 southwest cc points and like 75,000 marriott points. we booked our wedding party at a marriott and they threw us a crap ton of points for booking almost 80 rooms for three days.

@stevedave award travel alert! Looking to PVR or SJD for 4 for spring break, April 6-10. Can be flexible on dates, but I can take a max of 5 work days off. Can fly out of SFO, OAK, or SJC. Does not necessarily need to be direct if I can have a quick connect in PHX or LA and get there while the sun's up. Keep in mind we want to do an all-inclusive so just doing a package and paying for it all may make sense.

I have approx: 200k UR, 100k Avios, 50k AAMiles, $800 United credit sitting around from a previously canceled trip.
