Chase rejected my ink application because they need proof (they suggested county documents? wtf?) of my business name, which I wrote down as "[Dlew12] Media". I told them I don't have any proof of my business name. The jackwagon says "oh well hey then just apply under your actual name if you're a sole proprietership." Cool. Did that: denied. When I called them to ask why it was denied, they told me it was because I have a pending application and they need further documents from me. No rough ridin' crap. She told me to wait 30 days until application 1 goes to inactive status.
Speaking to customer service people makes me want to pull my hair out.
