Guys, I'm a little worried. If we land Snider or Alexander, Groce will face the spectre of "winning too much too soon".

Thanks dude, but I'm not worthy. You guys are like the Babe Ruths of funny here. I'm not even September call up material.Quote from: Mr Bread on September 01, 2013, 02:32:38 PMQuote from: feartheillini on September 01, 2013, 02:23:57 PMGuys, I'm a little worried. I hope Breads team turns out to be awesome. Good things for good people, etc.
Great get for the Illini, happy for them (and me). Alexander won't go I don't think, but there will be more talent coming.
Guys, guys!! The breads got one. Leron Black out of Memphis. Combo forward. Rivals-#22/5*, espn-#36/4*, 247-#38/4*, Scout-#46/4*. Former Baylor commit, told Scott Drew to get mumped, saw the breads and was all you guys look good let's do this then. Beat out Indiana, Ohio State, Florida and Memphis too. Dlew come rejoice!

I-L-LAnyhow, are there any decent Illini BBSs, Bread? My bro (super Oski wow wow, that one) posts on IllinoisLoyalty during class sometimes, but I'm not sure if that's the tuck board.
Bread, I'm more of a guy at heart. Do you think we could work something out where I can cheer for the Illinicats in basketball, and you can cheer for the Snydercats in football?

Illinois doesn't have a football program, so I'm wide open there. I think you're going to like Groce. He's turning out to be a bit of a stud. Early returns are promising. "We" (me and you now) have Quentin Snider (pg ranked in the low 30s by all services that I'm aware of) for an official visit this weekend (today in fact). He just came off an ov to UCLA last weekend and then changed what was an unofficial visit to Illinois on September 27th to an ov to Illinois this weekend. Could be good news. We shall see. Then there's the slight possibility that we could still land Cliff Alexander, stud of studs, which although remote remains on the table. Get excited, friend.
