So unless we run one off, we'll have 3 PGs for 3 years? Is part of playing a smaller line-up having 2 PGs on the court at once?

eh, everyone's a combo anymore. we had a big "pure pg" debate a couple years ago.

Ya, at first I was tempted to do the whole "we only have like 3 scholarships for next year, and we use it like this" thing....but oscar will bounce a few out of here next year.

Onuaku looks promising, but who knows if he will fit into oscar's system.  oscar system being defined as one where we offer and the kid accepts the offer. ....need to find the kids that fit that system.

There is no 'system' for oscar. It's just wallowing in mediocrity any way possible.

This. I don't care what system a player plays in, if he is a good rough ridin' basketball player he will be a good rough ridin' basketball player in whatever system he plays in.
Luke's stock is rising as Winters continues to validate his greatness. Add Luke and Winters to my list! Also, EMAWBLAST! and Tobias!

If Weber were able to land Macura, Mitchell, and Burton, that would be really great.  We don't need a PG in this class.

If we can run a couple of guys and get a big and the best player we can get, regardless of position, I'd feel really good about this class.

I give that scenario a 3% chance of happening, though.

At best we will be in Macura 3rd choice behind Minn and Butter (in that order). We have moved on to Troy Holston, who I think is a better player. Also we are sitting well with the two guards a hutch. This should be a 5-6 recruit class.

2014 PF Tory Miller is an absolute monster for KC Run GMC. He sprints the floor & uses his big body to his advantage. #UASummerJam
Staff already watched KC Run GMC a couple of times during this live period and think he has already had a visit. Not sure.

2014 Mass Rivals PG Kaleb Joseph lists offers from Providence, UConn, Syracuse, Marquette, Kansas, Kansas State, and Pittsburgh.
We were one of his first offers. I believe him to be a Syracuse lean. Won't be surprised to see him rise to the top 25.

I'm surprised how mucus of a difference it makes to the recruiting skeptics whether a 3 star is also ranked in the 120-150 range.

Troy's mother loves K-State and Coach Weber.  If it were up to her, he'd be coming to Manhattan.

He's leaning on staying in state though and still hoping for an offer from Florida (close friend Michael Frazier plays for UF).  They're probably not going to offer him.

How do I know this?  My son and Troy are also friends and played against each other in high school.

I think we stopped recruiting him when we landed Jevon. It also doesn't help that we are sitting well with 2015 pg Sedrick Barefield. Both IMO are better than Larry Austin Jr.

Another crystal ball prediction for Larry Austin pointing our way, don't get it. http://247sports.com/Player/Larry-Austin-24014/PlayerInstitutionPredictions

But there are two pointing towards Tennessee. Would love to see them use another scholarship and back off Devin Mitchell. It also appears Michell is UNC 3rd or 4th option. So thats good news on all fronts.
