  The 6-3, lightning fast point guard out of Grandview, MO has been
putting up some big numbers this year en route to leading his team on a
late-season 7-game winning streak and just a couple big games away from state
at the present.  Averaging, just over 19 ppg on the season with 5 assists
to boot, it is somewhat safe to say the Bulldogs go with how Taylor
plays.  "Like with the team, I started off a little slow, averaging like
15 ppg... but middle of the season I picked it up and I'm averaging 19.2 ppg
now and like 25 a game over the last 10 games... I'm kind of hot out here and
I'm getting a lot of attention here now," Taylor stated.  In that ten-game
stretch, Grandview is 7-3, with two of the losses being decided by two points.
Confident in his skills offensively, the 6-3 junior said his strengths right
now are definitely "my pull-up jump shot and my ability to create for my
teammates, also my quickness to the basket and I have a really fast first step,
but my jump shot I can shoot from anywhere on the floor, really deep or
mid-range." Taylor has dropped in more than 50 three-point baskets this year
and leads the district in scoring.
