Real proud of you. You lasted longer than most, plus you have SKC and EPL to keep your interest. For some of us this is all we have.

I'm happy with the royals season, kept me interested right up until fball season, thats enough for me.

This.. I just wish we could've gotten a little closer during our big win stretch.  If we would've been in the race for the division, maybe people would've actually shown up to games and Glass could see we can support a winning team.

On second thought, he probably would've pocketed the bills anyway and torn the team apart anyway.

Duffy being recalled tomorrow to take Davis' spot in the rotation, Davis headed for the pen. With Hochevar coming off paternity leave Wednesday, the Royals will have to take two players off the 25-man roster tomorrow.

Candidates? I'd say Will Smith and Getz...maybe Mendoza.

Hopefully Mendoza and Getz.

Agreed. Will has been solid and pitched well tonight, as he typically does. I think he's earned a reprieve from the KC-Omaha-KC-Omaha yo-yo he's been on.

These are all good moves, but they are all too late now.

Davis and Coleman sent to Single-A Wilmington.

Interesting read concerning why A ball instead of Omaha.

I think we can all agree that Duffy and Perez are both dreamy.  However, what's with the roster being at 39?

That's the 40-man roster. Knowing Dayton, he hasn't noticed he's one short.

Between this and Rick Daris calling me serviceable, you guys are making me blush....

my hope (longshot?) is that with a proper amount of pi'ing, gfa can become serviceable like cns and cf3 did. because i think there is some talent there or i wouldn't even be wasting my time. the biggest issue i see as of right now, is that he's such a complete and total dumbass. time will tell if he can overcome that, i guess.

yeah i got quite the chuckle out of typing that. between you and i and the fencepost though, you and cns got very, very good. if ever asked whether i said this or not though, i will deny.
