I like Ned, but he only pays attention to the "numbers/stats" when he wants to.

1) Duffy gone 6.0 gives up 2 ER on 97 pitches. Let's bring in Bullpen sensation Soria to pitch 7th.
Ventura gone 6.0 allowing 12 base runners on 99 pitches. Ahh, throw him back out there for the 7th tonight vs ChiSox

2) Whit, now hitting 19-53 (.358) vs LHP. Mondesi now hitting 5-32 (.156) vs LHP.
Let's start the defensive wizard Mondesi tonight vs the lefty Rondon.
