Posse stat of the night...

There's something about that stadium. Royals now 11-1 in 1 run games at the K. 7 of those we trailed going into the bottom of the 8th. Even our 1 loss, we scored 2 in the 9th but came up short 3-2 vs Det.

Dude played HS baseball in KS. That's only 20 games a year and whatever he got on his summer team. Oh and he played 4A/5A competition. Of course he sucks.

Counting last nights game, we have 19 of 33 games at home. 7 of those 14 road gms are vs TB/Minn the 2 worst AL teams. It's time to get our ass in gear. 22-11 would put us at 65-52. We would still have 24 home and 21 road left after that.

Clev first 23 games in the 2nd half do involve 3 @KC, 3 @Balt (2 really good home teams) and 2home 2road with the Nationals. Clev can't pitch as well as they have been or we aren't catching them.

By mid August, its set up nice for us to be breathing down Cleveland's back. Let's hope the 2nd half magic is still within us

The Royals are now 39-15 in the Central time zone and 5-26 in all other time zones. What does that mean? Not sure, but it is definitely a trend. #jetlag

it means the twins and white sox suck, and we played houston when they sucked, and we haven't played at texas yet. also we somehow swept 2 games at st louis

St. Louis is weirdly atrocious at home. (19-26 so far on the season) and in their last 14 games at home is 4-10. 3 game sweep against the Brewers the only bright spot. The we swept in a 2 game series vs. Houston, 3 games vs. Texans, 2 vs. Royals, Swept the Brewers in 3 games, and just got beat 3 games to 1 to Pittsburgh.
