Was realizing today that I've barely even had a passing interest in Royals spring training, and it was a bittersweet thought. On the one hand I have very fond memories of following the Royals every day during the spring, hoping and praying that I'd be able to buy another Cactus League champs t-shirt and talk crap to all my White Sox buds, but then again spring training is super boring and a total waste of time if you're not going down to Surprise and getting pakd (even then, surprise is like the most boring place of all time). Overall, glad to have a team that peaks outside of March.
