Interesting. We shall see. The Royals have established their ability to vett talent, work ethic, ambition, personality, fit, etc. Hopefully, this will pay off for the team and the player.

IIRC, they had a diagonal one after 85 commemorating that championship but took it down at some point in the 90s when it seemed hard to believe they ever won one.

This is probably a one year recognition of the 2015 team, unless we win again and can put something like "Back to Back World Champions" on there.

The 1985 is celebrated in the stadium with a flag. If the organization wanted to put them on the back of Crown Vision then they wouldn't have waited until we won it all last year.
