So last 2 nights, ARod has come to the plate with bases loaded 2x (with 1 out, 2 out), and came to plate with 2 on twice (0 out, 2 out).  He struck out 3x and flied out to Center. 10 LOB going 0-4

What a piece of crap.

he's old and tired after a long season.  they all are.  we'll all be glad of it in three weeks when the royals are beating that tired ass old ass.

I'm saddened that you think we need to support a guy who has done nothing for the franchise over a guy who has been a great teammate and helped the organization.

they've paid guthrie too.  he hasn't donated his services.

Good thing football is back in season, guys!

he's trolling. he can't contribute to the conversation, so he goes for zaps
What's there to contribute? You're ignoring the truth. This team has blown lately.

i'm very aware of what is going on with the royals, but when you come in here saying "good thing football is back" its obvious you're looking for a reaction, and to ZAP someone. It just gets old. Regardless of what happens in Toronto tonight, we're still at least tied for the number 1 seed in the AL. Excuse me if I don't quit on a first place team just yet.

I know. But price per win from each is definitely skewed in one's favor.

I'm just watching and reading.  And glad I kept my mouth shut for the most part.  My opinion isn't necessary in this discussion.

the royals have paid guthrie a crap ton of money and gotten very poor performance for their money.  i don't blame guthrie that the royals were stupid enough to sign him, but they don't owe him anything (other than the crap ton of buyout money that they still owe him).

Leading home field by .5 game isn't making me feel better with 12 games left.

Remember if we end tied with Toronto, they get home field thanks to 4-3 head to head

J guts is good people.  He has mailed it in though and that is too bad.  He needs to go though. No reason for him to pitch in a royals uni again.
