Often times adorable people make others around them seem ugly. In Perez's case, he is so adorable that he brings up the adorability factor in everyone near him.

I was frustrated, but this has become a fun game.

I have watched or listened to about 98% of Royals innings this year.  The other 2% I have followed on line with my phone because I was with a fitness client or a few occasions where we are down big and I follow the 8th/9th inning.

Today was first day when I could have watched/listened, but just followed on line.  I'm in 8 FF pay leagues, nfl games on, and I was just soooooo bummed after 2 walk-offs, I had to take a break today.

It was a great game to follow online. Was also sweet to follow BoSox comeback win  :gocho:

royals vs Cubs in 8 days....

Cubs are scheduled to start Arrietta vs Us.   He pitches Tue and they have an off day Thurs I believe.

If they were smart, they would throw him Sun vs Pitt.   Then he pitches Friday. Then he is set for NL wildcard game on Wed Oct 7.   They are 2 back of Pitt in the WC1 vs WC2 battle.  They obviously want to play that game at home.

I sure hope they are thinking like me. They have only the 1 off day to end the season.

I don't want to see him.  Would rather see Hammel.... 8-6 record with 3.73

great catch, posse.  you're right, they've pretty much gotta make the switch.  really the only other alternatives would be to have him pitch the 28th then pitch on 4 days rest then normal rest for the wildcard.  or pitch the 28th, then skip a start and pitch on long rest in the wildcard.

neither makes much sense.  woohoo, what a great feeling.

I will force myself to keep watching, but I hate watching this crap right now. Should be 10-0.

Well you sort of got your wish. Just like cueto/zobrist. What else do you want to wish for?

HFA would be nice.

And playoff tickets to at least one game.

it's the same thing, but i'm much more interested in playing the wildcard winner first round instead of texas than i am in hfa v toronto - if that match up even materializes.

i'm still (irrationally, probably) more afraid of Houston than NYY or Texas

only three (3) teams in major league baseball score more runs per game than the kansas city royals.

even though the september era is like 72 or whatever, only two (2) teams in the american league have a lower ERA than the kansas city royals.
