AJ (pretty good thanks for asking) yes they do sometimes:

2014: 2.73 BB/9 (4th best in AL)
2015: 3.01 BB/9 (12th best in AL)

houston is still kinda scary, but they're unreasonably bad on the road, and if you take out their ace with the wildcard game, the royals should have a sizable advantage.  and the yankees, my god, please let us get the yankees.  they're surviving on nothing but tanaka, who can only pitch every 10 days, fumes and their illegal stadium.  well guess what, the only one of those they'd have against the royals would be the fumes.

the good news: the royals are scoring 12% more runs this year

Here's one that popped in my head. Royals set single game record for RBI (moose) and total bases (Kendrys) in one road trip!

Win-win.

Either a) see the clinch in person or b) be able to buy super fresh Central champs gear if they've already clinched on Wednesday.

I think this one has been done before, but anyway:

2014 OPS leaders:
Gordon .783
Cain     .751
Hosmer .716
Aoki     .710
Billy     .702
Esky     .694
Sal       .692
Omar    .632
Moose   .632

2015 OPS Leaders
Kendrys .845
Cain      .843
Gordon   .828
Hosmer  .817
Moose    .802
Sal        .700
Rios       .666
Esky       .603

Zobrist, in Royals games only: .873  :Wha:

Paulo Orlando has the highest isolated power on the team (.208)

that would be good for #17 in the AL if he was a qualified batter
