Cueto should pitch the 1st and 4th game of the ALCS and WS

Unless we are down 3-0, no. I'd rather have him at full strength in an elimination game or if the series is 2-2.

those games against the cincy redlegs sucked the life out of the royals.

everyone shut up about signing players next year and finish your drink

This. Some of you are driving me crazy worrying about contracts for next year.

Medlen will be plenty rested for Monday..... When he makes start #1  :gocho:

11 straight scoreless innings only allowing 6 hits

, with the only question being how many innings he can go. He's been pretty impressive so far and deserves a shot in the rotation.

he threw 48 pitches today.  on three days rest, i wouldn't think they'd want to push it a whole lot more than that.

i'd still start guthrie, just to eff with the haters, then pull him after 3 or 4 and insert medlen.

If he starts, Medlen will definitely be on a pitch count and Guts will likely be the next up when Medlen reaches the count. Of course, Ned will have to decide, based on Guts' recent outings, whether to go to Guts or someone else in a high leverage situation. I think things are about to get interesting with this pitching staff.

The top 7 teams in the AL all lost last night, so it was a good night to lose.

have you guys talked about the commercial that they air 8 x a game with the singing pug/dog in it? i think it's about adopting pets or something.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.
