It would pretty much have to be an "optimized" pentagon but still keeping the foul lines at 90 degrees. Having a field with 108 degree lines would increase the width of the outfield quite a bit to the point where a 4th outfielder would be necessary. Unless we want 4 outfielders too!!!

maybe the foul lines could be 90 plus/minus 5 degrees. teams get a little leeway in aranging their pentagons, but they have to conform to a rough guideline.

People don't think he'll exercise his player option after this season for 13.25 million. Talking heads project he'd get over 100 million contract if he doesn't but he's said before he plans on exercising his option regardless of what his agent says. Money is very convincing though.

We'd be insane to extend him anywhere close to that. If I had to guess this is his last year here.
