i felt such a pure joy last night. I havent felt that way since the 2012 cats were #1 in the bcs.. loving the royals for all this time was finally worth it, even if just for a moment.

Great night for the city. Yes, this is not the end, and yes, the Cards would not celebrate quite like that for a WC birth, but who the eff cares? I think every drop of champagne was warranted. It was fun. Sports are supposed to to be fun. Sometimes this whole "do things the right way" blah blah blah bull crap is overblown. Like how upset tucks got with Sams highstep. Guess what? It was fun. I'm not satisfied, and I don't sense the team is either, but going bananas last night was completely justified. We've been the joke franchise of baseball for a long ass time, and we're not anymore. Soak it all in.

That being said, let's win the division!

Lol at anyone who has watched this team all season and thought they wouldn't go crazy last night, but still be focused on more. They celebrate everything and almost every single time they still say we want more. For the most part this is a fairly young team that has fun playing baseball.

i celebrated a little bit last night by punching the air twice and screaming but i'm saving the real celebration for if we win the division or win the wildcard game.  just going to the wildcard isn't really the playoffs, it's a single game, our postseason could be over 3 hours after it starts.
