That's awesome, though it would be even more awesome if I really followed ADV baseball stats and knew what it meant.

to put it in perspective:

holland 2013: 339 era+
holland 2014: 251 era+

soria 2008: 270 era+
soria 2010: 236 era+

mariano 2005: era+ 308
mariano 2008: era+ 316

those are the 2 best seasons by each of these 3.

wade is 210 era+ points clear of the best those guys could/have done. he's having one of the 2 or 3 best seasons by a reliever in the history of freaking baseball.

ERA+ is basically a fancy way to show how much better or worse someone is than league average in that particular year, factoring in the parks that they pitch in.
