Also, that 37-35 record against teams with a winning record should tell us that we should expect to do well in the postseason. Unless we face the Astros at the K, or the Red Sox in Fenway, I like our chances. I mean, everyone is all "Oh the A's are so great blah blah blah" and we're 4-2 against them. We have winning record against Baltimore and split with the Angels. This is fun. I'm not guaranteeing a WS or anything, and our bats can certainly be shut down, but man, lets just dream for a minute.

Playoff baseball is a different beast than the regular season, but I'm pretty optimistic, too.

Since the Lester-Cespedes trade the A's are 5-2 against teams not named the Kansas City Royals. However, they only scored more than 3 runs in 2 of those games...
