yeah. people hate on zack for forcing their hand, but i didn't blame him one bit. as a competitor, you play to compete and win. the royals didn't look as if they cared about winning for a long damn time. they've been better the past few years, and zack's trade actually had a lot to do with it. alcides and lorenzo are, along with alex and salvy, our best position players.

But David Glass is obsessed with winning

What if KC just flipped offense the bird and went out and got David Price? FANMAN said his babe is from KC or something.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

You guys should add some players to my list so we can all speculate.

I don't know enough about the league at the moment to make any reasonable suggestions.

Greinke/Gordon is a closer comparison than you'd expect. Other than the incredible Cy Young year, he only had a couple good and no great years.
WAR with Royals is 26 for Greinke and 23.6 for Gordon. Zack in about 6 full seasons, Gordon in 6 and a half

Do you dorks want to argue about Greinke vs. Gordon, or talk about the fact that Gordon (nicest Royals player) is openly giving credit to one person who worked for the team: Seitzer. And our dumbass manager fired him.

I want Ned's head on a platter.

true george brett insider info alert that I think I've posted before:  alex was a stubborn POS who wouldn't take coaching until he realized he was going to suck and then had to.  for, like, 3 spring traingings in a row george told him how to hold his hands different or some HBBIQ thing I don't understand and alex wouldn't even try to do it.  just went out there and sucked.  then he realized he was going to suck for infinity and finally started to take coaching and now is better.  I wouldn't give Seitzer any credit for Alex realizing he was on the verge of being a loser.

Guys, I really don't think George Brett likes coach Seitzer very much.

The A's do everything right. It must be so much fun to be an A's fan and just laugh at all the teams spending 3 times what they do on payroll to lose to them.
