i'm really optimistic guys! nori was a great pickup. how does 32 japanese years translate into american? is he only like 27???

our "ifs" are so tiny compared to last year. IF we get any power from the 3/4/5 or IF moose and alicides can hit .200+, then we will make the playoffs. I'm so grateful to have a team to follow over the summer.  :royals:

life of a royals fan. i can't tell if you're being serious.

Great day at the ballpark today, until Collins and Bueno decided to have an abysmal day

i got faced and sunburnt in the face on saturday and the royals won. also when salvy came up to bat with Gordon on 2nd in the 8th inning with 2 outs and the game was tied 3-3, i turned to the people next to me and said "here comes a double" BOOM

if (IF!) the royals hit one home run today, they will be on pace for 27 home runs, as a team, for the entire season.

I don't have time to look this up right now, but I bet 54 home runs in one game might be a record.

Right?  And here all these people are about to give up on them!  All I'm saying is lets wait and see if they hit 54 home runs.

54 home runs in one game would be an incredible waste. I mean, you only get one win for the effort, assuming you can hold the other team to less runs than whatever total the 54 dingers give you.

if the royals hit 0 home runs tonight (most likely scenario), they will be on pace for 0 home runs on the season.

what if one guy caught the first home run in his beer and just partied with his bros and whatever and then bought another beer and caught the second homerun in it and just went nuts because WTF is this even possible hahaha! high fiving his bros and then the third HR lands in his third beer and he's pretty wet with beer but OMG this is going to be on sportscenter for weeks there is no way this is possible the odds are too great! and then on the 4th hes really wet with beer and hasn't even got to a binge level 2 yet and what the hell guys but oh well I've got 4 baseballs and when number 5 lands in his 5th beer and splashes it all over now his bros aren't even sitting with him really anymore. by number 54 he's just be numb to it and approaching hypothermia and completely sober and what in the hell you guys he's spent $432 on beer and has had about 5 sips and is completely covered in baseballs

what a season it would be to have 54 homers every 5th game, but also you only win 1 of the other 4, so you finish the season whatever the equivalent of 2-3 is (mocat?), but you pretty much smashed every offensive record in the game
