This is at minimum a top 15 team. I don't want to be that guy but outside of Zy "the human handcuffs" Walker and maybe Taryn Sides, we played woman for woman, not great, including Yokie.

Now expectations should be sky high because that's the most difficult game, on paper, we'll play before the sweet 16 or elite 8. That atmosphere was indescribable, Carver Hawkeye was significantly louder than I've ever heard Bramlage for a women's game. Those have to be the best fans in all of women's college basketball and I've seen UConn in Connecticut.

the freshmen were really impressive. The Sides 3 from the logo caught me so off guard. We had a couple amazing crowd silencers on the night.

In my view, the floor for this team should be top 4 Big 12 finish and top 5 NCAA tourney seed. We also have the Mittie factor to consider, but the pieces are there to make a serious run.

He coached his ass off last night and in both Iowa games. He can teach a clinic on how he handled that foul trouble without going zone, fouling anyone out, or putting the team in the position where they were offensively handcuffed or where they gave Clark a breather. Coaches are as good as their talent and he's built the deepest roster in the conference.

Mittie's won some big games but also dropped some absolute turds.  I agree that he has built a good roster.  My expectation is/was a top 4 NCAA seed with this group.
