US National Soccer Thread (ALERT-VERY RACIST/DO NOT OPEN!)

Jermaine Jones and Stuart Holden have impressed. Michael Bradley is boring as crap to watch. Definitely like the move of Maurice Edu to the back line.  Anybody else been watching these friendlies?

That game was boring as crap last night.
When one person, for whatever reason, has a chance to lead an exceptional life, he has no right to keep it to himself.

Was kinda hoping for a Colombian OG mixed with some cartel confusion that ended up with Bradley getting the raw end of  :chainsaw:

Dude, did you see that one guy get kicked in the shin, act like someone shot him, get carried off on a stretcher, and return to play like 2 minutes later?  That was awesome.

Teal Bunbury will be a force to be reckoned with come cup time. He gave Manchester United some issues with his size/speed and he's got a good knack for the back of the net.

Too bad  he dislocated his elbow the other day in a preseason game. He's gonna be fracking awesome

im stoked about bunbury

with jozy developing in turkey, and agudelo at red bulls, our strikers are looking promising

not to mention young guys at other positions like diskerud, agbossoumonde, and lichaj

hopefully davies gets back to form and we keep getting better and more talented

I feel like our potential USA players are choosing us over other countries more and more these days. This can only be a good sign.

I know they were young, like 18 or something, but i want to see more of those 2 kids that combined to score against south africa in the friendly a few months back. some of the fanciest play i've ever seen from americans.

this goal

ussf will mind eff these youngins into not scoring goals for years to come.  i like them but i am not optimistic about any of these young players turning into goal scorers in the international or club game.

i would think that he is talking about bunbury, mwanga and najar

we are getting the kids with dual citizenship that show a lot of promise. gonna need that to happen with hurzeler (pretty much a done deal, but you never know *cough man of taste and distinction rossi cough*).

najar hasn't committed has he?  he isn't even a u.s. citizen as of yet.  mwanga's wiki page also says he's not a citizen.  i'm sure he'll choose usa over congo if our Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!) immigration processes don't stop him from becoming a citizen.

rossi and subotic are 2 huge misses that will always haunt.

Yes, this. Thanks, took me a bit to respond. Some are implied but I think we're going to be good on many kids down the line as well.

i have to keep reminding myself that int'l friendlies are pretty pointless.  if timmy murdered his entire defense following the match in plain sight, i still think he could escape a trial.  not that we were keeping possession when we weren't being clownsuited to help them out, though.

lets kick their asses again usa

especially when you lose all of them.
