Couldn't sound more like Frank describing Denis:

Quote
``The thing that is beautiful about Angel is that he's uninterested in the individual side of the game,'' Rodriguez said. ``He's so conscious of the team concept, but he'll go out and get 39 against Columbus because he has to. Then, he'll go have seven points and 10 assists in the next game. He's a special kid with special qualities. It's all about his basketball team. That's the greatest thing a player can have. All his teammates love playing with him.''

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

some guy on ouhoops says that kstate has shown some interest in robert goff.  a juco 2011.  presumably pretty perfunctory attention since kstate is not mentioned in a recent rivals update.

""Angel just went berserk," Alverez said, recalling the contest. "He had 39 points and 19 assists. Those are legitimate numbers. They aren't just numbers from up in air, I mean 39 points and 19 assists."

Tried calling Angel himself a week or so ago. Couldn't get him. Nothing wrong with interviewing Art. Good dude. I expect Rodriguez to end up at K-State.

Yeah, and this is sounding like Asprilla's recruitment the 2nd time.  Everyone will want him, he's going to visit all over, etc., and "somehow" he picks K-State in the end.

There is nothing wrong with interviewing Art - there is something wrong with getting no new information and not interviewing anyone but Art.

tropicalshox says we're interested in this guy:

http://rivals.yahoo.com/hickoryhusker/basketball/recruiting/player-Alexander-Hutson-103740

I think it's old info, though:

http://bradleyfans.com/vb/showthread.php?t=9106

Any idea on the connection?

No - nothing other than playing AAU w/ Justin Gant at one point.

Frank said the assistants leave their families three nights a week to recruit or something.  Sound like they're trying, I guess.  :dunno:

But Hutson sounds like a great driveway shooter.

I know Figger was in Florida about 10 days ago.  I have a fairly insidery type source I might just ask every week if (he/she) has heard from Figgs and where he is.

FWIW... Figgs loves to  :drink: :ksu:

so we pretty much have no shot at Cook, correct?   Is this just fallout from Curtis hating us now?  Or is 'Te just incredibly and undeniably overrated?
