hill was out front in 2008 when kstate seemed to be trying to get into atlanta.  i'd assume he'd be the lead recruiter here, if ware's recruitment progresses.

According to his junior college coaches, there's a good chance that Watson's first official visit, a trip to Manhattan, Kan., on April 8, could very well be his last.

"Honestly, I think he likes K-State," Cowley County assistant Donnie Jackson said. "I mean, who knows? I think if he likes his visit, he's going to commit to them there. I think he needs a coach like Coach (Frank) Martin, who is really going to be on him."

rather have this ashaolu than watson.  but prefer this dude to the juco guards and wings that have been mentioned.  hopefully it's an either or situ.  cassidy is killing the beat writers, btw.  props to him.

so, like, bp basically called him a non-talented wally judge. so, yeah, do not want.  I want nothing to do with anyone except ash, who apparently is going to end up being too good for us.

ware must be an unreal athlete, btw, 'cause his scouting reports are basically: v. athletic, can't shoot, no handle, bad hands, too skinny for college, four star.

Yeah, sounds that way:

"Ware is a tremendous pure athlete who is learning every day how to play the game of basketball. Many have compared him to Randy Moss who has been one of the better athletes of his time..." :surprised:

Rest of eval isn't nearly as complimentary, does have 80" wingspan though

Of course, in latest update on Ware, KSU not mentioned as school of interest, according to his Dad:

"According to Ware's father, Wesley Junior, that list(along with Tennessee) also includes UCLA, Louisville, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, UCF, Georgetown and Virginia."

Looks like our staff has stopped their pursuit of Anthony Hubbard, KSU not mentioned in recent Scout update. He's already visited Iowa and Penn St, will be visiting Jacksonville this weekend, Nebraska after that, and not sure if he'll take a 5th visit.
