Pretty good according to what he told me.  kstate is "pretty high" on his list.

weren't you going to post a transcript of your chat w. him?
It was on the "facebook chat" feature. I'll have to get him to say it again. Sorry Sys. forgot to post it immediately.
kstatefreak42 seems to have DL on be stalking all the 'cruits.

In 8th grade, McLemore stood just 5-foot-8. He began to grow as he reached high school and during his sophomore season he was stuck in the post and averaged 15 points and 10 boards a game.

Then at the beginning of his junior year, McCaw was hired at Eskridge and he began the transition to playing on the wing.

“I asked him ‘what position do you think you play?,’ McCaw said. “He said he was a four, and I told him ‘no, you’re a guard.’ If he wants to prepare for the next level he had to become a guard.”

“He’s getting more and more acclimated with the system and more comfortable,” the Eskridge coach added. “His court awareness is better and I’m bringing him along because I played point guard. I’m helping him process to know what he’s doing.”

With the move to the wing, McLemore has put countless hours in the gym, and it’s beginning to pay off. In fact he’s nearly doubled his point production, as he averages 28 points, 13 rebounds and just over six assists per game.

McLemore, who just turned 17, had interest from Mississippi, Providence, Missouri, Missouri State, Southern Illinois, St. Louis, TN-Martin and Tennessee State prior to this weekend. On Sunday and Monday a few high majors tossed their hats in the mix.

“I’ve had Arkansas call, Kansas State call and I just got off the phone with Ohio State,” McCaw informed Scout.com. “Everything has just sped up.

more of the same.  mclemore supposedly played for the st louis majestics last year.  the majestics are adidas, the eagles nike.

the same article also updated moses abraham (now 2010).  no mention of kstate.

McLemore is 6 feet 5, weighs 185 pounds and is loaded with athleticism. Before he suits up for the St. Louis Eagles travel team alongside Beal this spring, McLemore will already have plenty of scholarship offers.

McCaw listed Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ole Miss and Providence as schools that have already offered. Kansas State has recently called, and McCaw will be busy fielding many more calls in the coming days.

Its always good to see HS coaches get players where they need ot be for the next level over what may benefit his team.

mclemore visited ui.  also includes discussion of his hs plans next year.  it'd be ridiculous if he and beal were playing on the same team as seniors.  no mention of kstate.

According to McCaw, McLemore has some work to do in the classroom, but he is making good progress and hopes to become eligible for his freshman season in college.

"I have some catching up to do," said McLemore. "I got behind my freshman and sophomore years, but I'm picking it up and my grades are good this year."

This has a lot of potential to be a dumb question, if it is, you can go easy on me.

For HBBIQ posters, it is obvious that we have hit a wall with recruiting. Is there any chance that this is because Martin and co. plan on leaving and see no need to recruit here?

No.  That would be setting yourself up for failure.  Plus, he could always attempt to take the recruits with him (see Huggins).

For the record, I can't see Frank trying to do this.

He would in a heartbeat.  If he wouldn't, I question his motivation.
