One of the top uncommitted players in the Class of 2011 is D’Angelo Harrison, a 6-foot-3 shooting guard who attends Dulles High School in Fort Bend (TX). Harrison had an impressive summer on the AAU scene with the Franchize All-Stars and is once again considering four colleges in the recruiting process.

Harrison told NBE earlier today that he will be visiting Baylor next weekend and confirmed that Oklahoma State is indeed back in the mix after he briefly removed the Cowboys from his list a couple weeks ago.

“Yes I am,” Harrison responded via text message when asked if he was considering Oklahoma State again.

Harrison told NBE that he will be visiting Baylor “next weekend” and that he had in home visits from “Marquette last Thursday and Oklahoma State today.”

St. John’s is the fourth team on his list. The Red Storm are expected in for a visit next week with Harrison and his family. While on the East Coast for the recent 5-Star NY Super Session, Harrison took an unofficial visit to St. John’s.

D’Angelo Harrison is one of the top uncommitted players in the class of 2011 and NBE will keep readers updates as his decision draws closer.

have seen where he's supposed to be a marq lock and where he's supposed to be a baylor lock.  either way, supposedly his aau coach is in control.  sigh.

I don't want to hear any more about D'Angelo.  Too depressing.  Thanks.

Do the media and recruiting outlets have to obey the contact periods and volume limits?  Seems like it would get real rough ridin' annoying having them texting and calling, in addition to the coaches...

Is there a reason why this kid hasn't committed yet? All I've heard is how impressed he is with our program and how we are the frontrunners for him but it just seems like the longer this plays out, a school like Miami might steal him out from under us.

what position would we play him at?    Reply
Doesn't seem he has the skills for QB at D1 level. We'll be pretty set at RB, and WR.

I think we are looking at playing him at point guard, but I wouldn't consider myself in "the know".

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Whatever happened to bbhoops?  Was he left behind at goEMAWCopyCat, or did he stop posting after the posts making fun of Ellis dropping in the rankings?

he seems to have reduced his internet time budget.  i've seen him post a very little bit on ku boards, but i haven't seen him post on ouhoops or any kstate board for a long time.
