So are we going to offer Seagears?

If so, assuming Lawrence goes on scholarship, we've got one to give in 2011.

Unless we don't give him a scholarship and/or run someone off.  Then we get two to use.

Cunningham and Seagears maybe?

Ya, has to be a Big and a Pointish guard, doesn't it?

Seems like it makes the most sense.

Then take two bigs in the next class when Asprilla and Samuels graduate.

Seagears and Cunningham/Jack seems like a damn solid get for 11 if we end up with 2 somehow assuming Omari gets a scholly

Seems like we have been getting more interest from Cunningham than Jack?  :dunno:

Wow, what a update by Pett!! :bball:

This is just me going off of my gut, but I am saying that we will sign two more players for 2011 and not including Lawrence going on scholly. I am just guessing that someone will opt to leave the program again next year, freeing up a space for Seagears and a big. I mean, look at the last few years. At least one player leaving, so why cant/wont that happen again?? :dunno:

two guards.  maybe (maybe) an '11 big if they can get a solid early commit from graham for '12.

the '11 bigs kstate is mentioned with just are not elite.  that and the backcourt roster right now is kinda scary.  maybe it'll feel different after this season?

I keep hoping lack of updates from Rodriguez means he's not in the fold.

Does dobbie ever post at this new place ya got here?  If not, you should really think about inviting that melon-headed son of a bitch to join in so he can help with these recruiting battles.  If you want to win a war, your army needs to have a killer general.  Dude is a whiz.  And not a creep.

Cook update

Quote
"Duke hasn't offered yet, but they are on me pretty hard," said Cook, who will attend Mouth of Wilson (Va.) Oak Hill Academy this year. "Coach K has called me a couple times recently, and Coach (Nate) James has been to all my games and even came to Germany to watch me. They are supposed to be at all my games in Las Vegas, too.

Along with Duke and North Carolina, Cook listed Villanova, Arizona, UCLA, Connecticut, Georgetown, West Virginia, Wake Forest and St. John's as his schools of interest. All of those schools have offered Cook.

Seagears shrank!

"Jerome Seagears, DC Assualt, 5’10”, 185 lbs, senior point guard – Seagears leads and scores from multiple scenarios on the floor. Is solidifying his jumper."

Exact same website listed him at 6'1" 175 3 mos ago. :dunno:

Update also has high praise for Jarvis Threatt, who's probably the backup to our backup plan along with the likes of Ben Dillard and Terrence Durham.

From an April article:

Quote
Next season will be Harrison’s last before he departs for a Division I college. He has received scholarship offers from Kansas State, Texas A&M, Arizona State, Arkansas and Oklahoma State among others. At this point, he said, Kansas State and Texas A&M are at the top of his list.

I have a feeling that D'Angelo Harrison will make the jump from a high 4 star to a low level 5 star. That guy can absolutely fill it up.
