I shouldnt have gone down this road to begin with, but things were slow to begin with. What happened in 2008 in Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City was the second worst natural disaster in American History. His property was in land in a 1000 year flood plain, and flood insurance wasnt even available at that level. I understand its easy to laugh at,  but stay classy goEMAW, I know you can do it.

Was being serious. I could see the government coming up with a big aid pack that will buy up a lot of his properties and give him some money for lost business. He may end up being better off than before the flood.
