What happened in 2008 in Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City was the second worst natural disaster in American History. His property was in land in a 1000 year flood plain, and flood insurance wasnt even available at that level. I understand its easy to laugh at,  but stay classy goEMAW, I know you can do it.

Was being serious. I could see the government coming up with a big aid pack that will buy up a lot of his properties and give him some money for lost business. He may end up being better off than before the flood.
