Well, actually, 50 mil goes a lot farther than it has in the last decade.  The economy's been a real doozy of late.  It's all over the interwebs or - up in Iowa - the evening post.  

Steel prices are low and construction companies are giving blowjobs for contracts.  

One downside, however, is that we'll have to pay a competent architect to design this thing.  That's a cost savings you ISU clowns get to realize.  See basketball practice facility.

Honestly, have you ever discretely wizzed off the very top? How far does it go? I'm actually a grad student and I sit on the alumni grown up side now but even I hate to get up for the restrooms. They don't usually do the entire project. Many times they'll have another firm handle the construction documents. I'm guessing that they will be the lead architects though. If the fee's are competitive.
