Cheapest I've seen is $30 at ticketmaster.  Will be a little more with tax and fees.

At some point they stopped selling the upper-deck tickets on kstatesports.com because of attendace suckage.  Someone mentioned tickets starting at $20-30.  I dunno.  I'm sure you could get a free one somewhere in the parking lot.

I've "heard" about the $20 tickets too, but haven't been told once where I can get them.

The cheapest I've seen are $35, which don't seem too expensive either.

pretty sure that you can get the twenty dollar ones through the chiefs ticket office. might only be day of game though. i would suggest calling them as well as kansas city area ticket people.

You guys see the ads for the game during the Chiefs MNF game?  Seems like that worked out to be fairly productive for them.  Large captive audience at Arrowhead and I saw the ads several times down around the endzones and those were the most captivating moments of the game.

as a whole, kstate people in kansas city get much more enjoyment out of complaining about potentially having to drive two hours to a game then they do out of driving ten minutes to actually attend one. they are just complainers who really, really like to complain. it's pretty just the nature of people in kansas city in general. they can't help themselves. it's ingrained or something. scheduling these games pretty much calls them on their bullfeces.

This might be true.  I will tell you however that I am not one of those fans who bitches about not having a game in K.C. and then not go.  I'm not the best fan when it comes to that but I do donate money and I do travel to the bigger games.  Doesn't make it right that I don't support us when KSU plays closer to me but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Something everyone needs to remember: Fall harvest has started. Wheat planting has started. You're not going to get a lot of the season ticket holders who are involved in agriculture to 1) Go to KC for the game and drive 3+ hours 2) Go to the game whether it's there or in Manhattan. Thousands of these guys aren't going to make it to that game regardless.
