yeah, was nice.  Interesting Undy isn't recruiting KS Juco's.

probably just 'cause smith is from carolina?  or maybe because they're after so few targets now that hill has nothing else to do?

moses abraham update.  some notes on his game and the disclosure that his surname is actually ayegba, not abraham.  nothing new recruitingwise, really.

Apparently Tony Smith just walked out of practice last week, like the day after I talked to him. Really weird deal. All the recruiting stuff he said was legit -- Capel, Turgeon and the Gonzaga staff had all been out to see him. Interesting thing will be to see if it he keeps his academics in order.

I would guess the chances of this are extrememly low.  Hasn't been Frank's MO.  May as well clear off space on the bench for the next Andre Gilbert.

more on Moses Abraham, didn't see it posted.

http://www.insidethehall.com/2010/02/22/abraham-to-decide-in-early-march-hopes-to-make-northwestern-game/

Quote
The Hoosiers joined an impressive list of suitors for the young man, who also has offers from, among others, Georgetown, Tennessee, Texas, UCLA, Connecticut and Kansas State.

Quote
“He’s going to make his decision the first week of March,” Boncore said of Abraham. “He’s got good grades and he’s a real great kid.”

Academically, Boncore said, Abraham is technically a junior, but his work in the classroom means the player has the option of leaving for college a year early. Should Abraham’s preferred destination be Bloomington, Boncore was confident Indiana fans would warm to him quickly.

i think kstate stopped recruiting him when he turned 2010.  or you could turn that around and state that he eliminated kstate when he turned 2010.  whatever.

agree that hill is a joke.

Somebody going to create www.firedalontehill.com?  That seat should get pretty hot if he doesn't pull in some elite 11's this summer.

Tai Streets was there along with a younger guy.  Don't know if it was a recruit or if they were both just there to support Pullen
