Oh, man would it be awesome talking to the Chiefs fans who said "signing Peyton Manning is mortgaging the future" after the Chiefs draft Tannehill.

I really doubt that KC is interested in Tannehill.  A sketchy first round quarterback is exactly the opposite of Scott Peoli.
yeah where will some crappy defensive LSU player go if the Chiefs don't draft em.

Tannehill sucks. Would rather have Russell Wilson or Weeden.

Right now my ideal draft scenario for the Chiefs would be to take DeCasto at 11 and Weeden in the 2nd.

Would not be against this. Still need to address the nose tackle though. Anyone out there in free agency?

Hearing more and more reports that the Chiefs interested in Ryan Tannehill at #11 if he's still there. Thoughts?

pfffffft

If the Chiefs draft him I will  forever. Taking a 3rd round (at best) QB with the 11th pick. That is so Chiefy

As for the schedule I count 12 losses. Should be a fun season of watching Chiefs fans try and figure out why they suck again

Don't know, just hope they don't take Poe. He has bust written all over him. I'd rather they gamble on the Jean-Baptiste kid from Baylor.

Poe has potential and he is athletic. At 346 lbs, he ran a 4.87 forty and ran a 1.7 10-yard split. That's pretty impressive for his size.

And he did absolutely nothing in the CUSA. There's plenty of athletic D-lineman who have failed in the NFL (remember the guy who jumped out of a swimming pool a few years back?). It's impressive, but most of the time the impressive combine numbers+poor production=bust

I agree that Poe has the possibility of a bust, but this draft seems to have a decent amount of good nose tackles. Would like to see us address this position in the 2nd round.

I don't think its a stretch to think that he was poorly coached at Memphis and the scheme didn't fit.  DT is one of the positions that relies most on those things.  I would be happy if the Chiefs took him.  I like his up side and think Romeo will be able to get the most out of him.  A dominant DT is key to a 3-4 and maybe the toughest position to fill in all of football.

Chiefs fans better not. It could save them from making a really bad 1st round draft pick.

:crossfingers: my top 2 choices also, not true needs for the team, but most likely to be impact players at their positions
