Yeah mocat is correct. They don't need Tyreek to be great, just need ONE receiver other than Rice who won't shoot us in the foot. If you're going to revise history, drafting Mecole, Moore, and acquiring MVS are the places to start. One better move in ONE of those transactions and this team is zooming towards the 1 seed with no troubles.

The AFC isn't good. We're a terrible matchup for Miami because Tua can't react to pressure. I like the Chiefs chances against any AFC team. They can be beat, but I'd still take this team over any in the AFC.

If you're considering the value of the round, then yes. if you're not considering round I'd say Rice is the best. He's going to have the best WR season by a rookie in team history. Hunt was same year as Pat so I guess he doesn't count.

Also looking back, Chiefs had Marcus Peters, Chris Jones, and Pat as first round picks in a 3 year stretch. Wild.

the mecole pick was just fine (even in hindsight).
the mvs acquisition was fine and paid off big time in the '22 afccg. he'll be let go after this year with NO RAGRETS
the skyy pick was universally well received, he just happens to completely suck.
