Shouldn't Poles have a say on the head coach?  If so, I hope he get EB because I think we then get a total of 6 picks across 3 years since they would be hired by the same organization.

Sounds like it's going to be Jim Caldwell.  Very unlikely they would hire an inexperienced HC with Poles.

Unlikely sure.  But why hire a proven mediocre coach in Caldwell?   Caldwell is 67 years old and .542 record as head coach in the NFL riding the coattails of Peyton Manning during his best season as coach.

Their last coach was the Chief's OC, I doubt their next one will be.

That said, they interviewed Pederson (another former Chiefs OC) at one point so maybe they don't give a crap about retrodding that path.
