mocgonigals sells a great brat. I like to eat them with grilled green peps and onions, on a hoagie style bun. Boar's head mustard on top.

I love boars sweet hot mustard on them as well. I top them with banana peppers, more jalapenos, and pickles.

favorite brat - johnsonville beer brat or the hot/spicy one

local pigs are alright, lack the pronounced brat flavor that makes j'villes so good

glad to see no one has suggested the farmland boulevard beer ones, they're just meh

very hard for me to eat a brat and not love it.
i had some jalepeno cheddar brats from the sunfresh meat counter on saturday and they were excellent.

the only reason i can think of that somebody would put kraut on a brat is i guess to have a disgusting flavor in your mouth to sort of make the other flavors taste better in your mouth? idk, very weird deal.
