43-14 loss to put us at 2-2. We don't have Brady and Bill, but this KC team was good enough to win 11 straight games by an Ave score of 28-11 last year. 8-0 at home and 4-4 on the road is still achievable. Gotta come back after the Bye with the attitude we saw the last 10 weeks of 2015 Reg season

The Steelers were destroyed last week. Just because the Chiefs got destroyed doesn't mean they're not a playoff team. They are certainly closer to missing the playoffs than competing with Denver for the division. Oakland may be better but there is no reason to believe they are way better.

2013 Seahawks, 2015 Broncos, or the 2012 Super Bowl teams, Ravens and 49ers didn't have Brady/Bill either. All had good defenses and a QB who wasn't putting up huge stats in the Regular season.

Call me a homer if you want. I'm not gonna flip out and say we are not gonna be a playoff team or finish 8-8 because of 1 butt kicking. Last year in November, Denver lost a road game and then in their next 2 home games, they were down 29-0 to KC and 21-7 to the Patriots in the 4th quarters. I'm sure a lot of their fans were freaking out.

Posse here's the thing though, the offense has played maybe 1 good half of football, the season is 1/4th of the way done. To have a season where the team was said to be a division favorite and had a chance at the AFC title and be this bad should make fans lose hope. The Pats, Broncos, Steelers, Raiders, Ravens, and Texans all look like they are closer to a super bowl than the Chiefs, maybe even the Bengals too. The Chiefs are in the middle of the AFC at best.

CF3, there is no doubt that the Bye week is coming at a good time. Offense can't keep playing this poor.
Andy Reid teams have done really well after a bye, and the game in Oakland week 6 is a must win.

Where a bye lands on a schedule is a really overblown thing by coaches and fans. I'd rather have the bye later, team is healthy right now so just keep playing
