Pretty good chance the Dolphins win against the Jets to lock up the wild card in the noon game and the Chargers won't have anything to play for. On the other hand, the Chiefs know all week they have nothing to play for...

They probably won't but the Jets could beat the Dolphins. Jets can't make the playoffs but Ryan will want to pad his W/L as much as possible in the battle for his job. They should be motivated.
Chiefs are resting for the playoffs. Even if the Chargers can't make the playoffs, they won't have too much of a reason to rest starters unless they're scared of a really long-term injury. They will play to win.
