I don't watch JF much, but when I do, I just think about how he is going to get murdered by some LB in the NFL sometime in his first year.  Zig, Zag, Smash, Tube feeding, etc.

Not saying I want to see it, but it seems like it would happen.

Every time I watch JF, he throws some duck up deep and some badass receiver, usually Evans, pulls it down over 2 defenders.  Unless we pick up Calvin Johnson, I don't think that is going to have a high success rate in the NFL.

He didn't eff it up, which isn't nothing (or maybe that's exactly what it is, but is better than a negative). 

I honestly don't think there are too many other QBs in the league, if any, that would have this team undefeated right now.  Not saying Alex Smith is the best QB, just that a lot of other QBs would be slinging the ball around and making enough mistakes for us to lose one.  Alex.  A serviceable QB that we can move on from the second we get a better option. 

Throw a couple 3rd round picks at QBs the next couple years and hope one develops.  You draft a first round QB, usually you are reaching and definitely not taking the best available player.  Then you put fan expectations on playing him regardless of if he is panning out and less than 50% pan out.  Unless you have a top 2 or so pick, take a 3rd rounder when you can get better value and don't have the pressure to start him on the first weekend.

The offense needs help.  If there is an elite TE, I would like that but it depends what a healthy Kelce looks like.  Did we cut that SF bum WR or is anyone still holding out hope for him?

Figured.  Him, Baldwin, Heyward-Bey, Crabtree - The first round busts at WR worry me.  Julio and Green tho Dorsey has drafted WRs extremely well to Green Bay though so if they go for one, I will be pumped.  Only Reid WR I can think of is DeSean Jackson, which gives me hope for a late round pickup of TLBL

We should draft a QB at every draft position we have and then tell the world how awesome they are doing in camp and stuff then trade off the ones we don't want at inflated value.

Also, we don't have a 2nd next season due to Alex and 9-0.

If Jordan Matthews is available for WR then take him, but I'd bet him and Evans are off the table by the time the Chiefs draft. None of the mock drafts I've seen have that many QB's going in the first round, despite the ESPN talking point, so if one that Dorsey likes is still available I'd say take him. Would not be mad about getting a stud lineman though.
