Turns out it's actually Minsk. My bad. But I still don't see much difference. Now, their gin Is better than Barton's, IMO.

i have a liter (bottle size, amount of vodka left in the bottle varies) of tito's, stoli, and ketel in my fridge right now.  they would be in the freezer, but my freezer is tiny :(

From the Boot Hill website regarding their current vodka:

Nose: Sweet and spicy that gives way to a dense, creamy smell.

Neat: Malty and soft right up front, with a blast of black pepper heat right in the middle. Quickly finishes off clean on the palate.

On the Rocks: The initial cream flavors deepens, with a soft, malty flavor spreading across the entire palate. Peppery notes dissipate, but linger on the end.

I guess the pepper would be fine in a bloody, but who the hell wants to have a vodka soda and be blasted with black pepper?
