How long does construction document phase last?

it depends. construction document phase can mean a lot of things but generally the architect will put together the final blueprints and detailed material plans that they can use along with contractors to determine the actual building cost and secure a bid. most importantly it means this thing is for real fellas, it's gettin done.

when I say EXPECT I mean it. everyone on here has contributed financially to k-state in some way, be it tuition, tickets, merchandise, etc. Some on here might donate, or plan on it at some point. Make your voice heard, it's your right. I worked in the athletic department and you'd probably be amazed how much work they put into determining the general fan bases opinion and factoring it into decisions. last # i heard was we're bringing it up to 1,000,000 which I know sounds like a lot but with the Anti-Muslim thing they're bringing into town + the first 900k get in free, we should be able to pack the octo on game nights.

Would have needed about 2000 seats for most of its life. Wouldn't have worked for current status.

Someone said earlier in the thread that since the Octagon caught on, they didn't want to eff with that. Could have been BSing instead of proper BBSing though.
