Educational Facility Private Activity Revenue Bonds on
behalf of K-State Athletics, Inc., a Kansas 501(c)(3) notfor-
profit corporation (the corporation), in the principal
amount of not to exceed $45 million, plus amounts sufficient
to pay all costs of bond issuance, costs of interest
on the bonds, any required reserves for payments of principal
and interest on the bonds. The bonds will be issued,
pursuant to K.S.A. 74-8901 et seq. (the act), to finance the
costs of improvements to be made to Bramlage Coliseum

The bonds, when issued, will be a limited obligation of
the KDFA, payable from revenues pledged by the corporation,

bonds constitute an indebtedness for which the faith and
credit and taxing powers of the state of Kansas are
pledged. The bonds will be payable solely from revenues
pledged by the corporation in amounts sufficient to pay
the principal of, interest and redemption premium, if any,
on the bonds when they become due.
All individuals who appear at the hearing will be given
an opportunity to express their views for or against the
proposal, and all written comments previously filed with
