Barca through to the final soon to be joined by United.  i can't believe i'll be rooting for United.  but after that disgraceful display by the 2 Spanish giants (especially Barca) i can't go in as a neutral observer.

also could be that i have huge boner for Mourinho and am pissed to see him go out like this.

http://edition.cnn.com/2011/SPORT/football/05/04/football.barcelona.real.madrid/index.html <- Ronaldo blames loss on refs.

Rooney isn't suitin up today which may give Schalke a chance but it would still be a miracle.

agree with all of this

i mean, nasri is probably the biggest bitch in world football, but the team display of cuntyness puts barca on the top of my hate list

did you see the trophy get cashed
no it was like 4-5 in the morning and i had flown in the day before, was way too tired but did sit in bed and listen to the crowd (didn't have a choice).

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

clownsuit has been fully applied.  united look completely outclassed.

having said that, this'll probably end 4-3 or something.  :flush:

Yeah, I cheer for United...tough game.

Now I'm hoping my italian team Juventus can grab some talent this summer and put a team together to challenge the Milans.

what else can you say. this barcelona team is probably the best team since Ajax in the 70s. Maybe best ever.

that was a great game of football  :pbj:.  the first half was incredible.  the 2nd half was great as well.  just a bit too one-sided.  not sure what united/van der saar were thinking when they kept on trying to boot the ball instead of working the ball through the midfield.  maybe they thought they had no chance to do that.

More people would enjoy and watch soccer in the US if they were exposed to this rather than the boring style played in the World Cup.

true.  club teams get so much time together compared to national teams.  you should expect a higher level of play from clubs.  also the top club teams in the world accumulate more talent than the top national teams.
