ya tons of people hate sour cream, mayo, buttermilk, chives, dill, onion/garlic chowder, and lemon juice.
Who is the King of the Cast Iron 'round here?Whenever I sous vide ribeyes and then put them on the cast iron to sear and flavor the exterior, the fat breaks down so much and basically becomes a crust on the steak. What gives?
