The whole "not getting playing time until they're bought in" crap seems weird to me. They're college aged kids, I think you could probably just have a conversation with them.

What I'm saying is, Dug needs more time on the court. Stop limiting his playing time because you're trying to teach him a lesson.

I guess I'm not seeing what Dug's not doing. Not taking bad shots, not turning the ball over, getting assists, getting steals and pressuring oppo's primary ballhandler. Is he going to class?
