#13 ???

I THINK this is George Matsakis from either the 1989 or 1990 season. He was also a punter his senior year in the 1991 season behind Sean, but he switched and wore #19 then. If anyone has any additional information or help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also, yes, Joe Hall III is the son of the K-State legend RB Joe Hall that went on to the NFL. And yes, Parker Kavanagh is the son of K-State QB Brian Kavanagh, who as you can see, also wore #12.

I was fortunate to be in BSFS for Curry's catch. Incredible play. Was Curry the quintessential KSU "possession receiver"?

These are the only two "stars" that I know of to wear the #11 uniform for K-State. After Steve Grogan K-State retired the #11 number, which to the best of my knowledge, is the only time in school history in any sport that we've retired a number.
