Guys, I have to apologize. It would seem I've made an error. According to K-State, Sean Snyder wore #9, not #13 as I posted four days ago. I will have to go back and correctly identify the #13 punter previously reported as Sean Snyder.

THIS is a photo of 1992 Consensus All American punter #9 Sean Snyder from K-State

and here is the ring of honor plaque at K-State showing Sean Snyder listed as #9

EDIT: I have gone back and changed the previous photo. I now believe it to be of George Matsakis.
