Yeah DUI can be synonymous with lapse in judgment. This was not that. Guy needs a reset. Fortunately no one was hurt and he’s got a boatload of money and motivation to get healthy.

Dude's like most alcy's I know.  He's lucky to only have 2 DUIs.  This won't change his habits at all. There's no motivation that will change him.
